Greg Nunan & The General Jacksons have also been busy recently touring with their mates, 19-Twenty, and tearing up festivals including the Cronulla Jazz & Blues Festival and Echuca-Moama Winter Blues, plus their own run through the Snowy Alps. New Annual Festival - Through the Lens of Tony Mott: Talk

The Merewether Fats' Blues Jam has been running on the first Thursday of each month for over 10 years. The night is a celebration of Blues, roots and folk musical styles. Founded by Mark ‘Merewether Fats’ Salter the blues jam has become a hub for the music community, young, young at heart, musicians of all levels and most importantly music fans. It’s strictly blues music and Fats had very stringent guidelines on what blues is. The main condition is that it came from the soul of the player. The night usually kicks off at 7:30pm with an introductory set from Fat’s house band to set the tone. From there it’s open to all for about 3 songs at a time. We try to cultivate a wide variety of artists to play acoustic and delta styles, Chicago shuffles, Detroit boogies, Bo Diddley rhythms and it just gets deeper. Jammers can play solo, duo or as an ensemble. They can borrow the house band and however, there’s plenty of great players to to pick up a band on the night. Singers, harmonica players, keyboardists, drummers, bass players, guitar players… even banjo players. We get first time performers and seasoned veterans, sometimes on stage at the same time sharing a passion for blues. Mark ‘Merewether Fats’ Salter passed away in 2016 and the community will continue to champion this part of his legacy in classic blues brothers style. To make sure it’s accessible to future generations and get people hooked on the rhythm of the human condition. As Fats would always say ‘…blues is sad music that makes you feel good.’ By the way, no pedals, bring your instrument and a lead (tuner helps). Amps and kit on stage, say g'day to the guys in the house band on the night to get your name on the run sheet."

West Thebarton are a six-piece garage rock band from Adelaide, South Australia. Born on West Thebarton Road in the city’s inner west, their chaotic wall of sound quickly brought the band local and national attention, earning a fiercely loyal following across the country.

Their ARIA-nominated debut album, Different Beings Being Different, established West Thebarton as one of Australia's most exciting emerging rock acts, delivering a Like A Version, debut tours of the UK and Europe, and sold-out shows across Australia throughout the album cycle.

Following a string of standalone singles, the band returned in 2024 with their sophomore release, Mongrel Australia. The record saw West Thebarton double down on their grit and ferocity while embracing more ambitious songwriting, pushing their musical boundaries and sharpening their collective voice.

West Thebarton's legacy is already embedded in Adelaide music lore, with fans sleeping with one eye open, waiting for the next show, the next song, or the next sign of life from the band.

2026 sees West Thebarton return to the stage, giving fans exactly what they've been waiting for.

Sharing tunes from her new album recorded in and with the who's who of Nashville; Ella is hitting the road with her kick-arse live band to celebrate. One of Australia's most chameleonic live performers known for her unbridled energy and off-beat charisma, Ella shows what she's really made of with a return to the classic sounds of the music that raised her. Heartfelt, lyric-driven, rambunctious one minute, capsizing you into your feels the next; an Ella Hooper live show feels like a mix of stand-up comedy meets rock and roll - both immediate and intimate. A powerhouse singer, Ella's musical range is vast and mighty. Recalling the likes of Bonnie Raitt and Linda Ronstadt spliced with a modern cheeky twist; Ella keeps things fresh even when referencing the classics. Backed by a stellar live band featuring fiddle, searing electric guitar and tight three-piece vocal harmonies; this is a chameleonic country rock show from Violet Town's poet punk princess. "I've been DYING. to tour this album! It's was literally made to be played live and that was abig part of the aesthetic I was looking for in Nashville, I wanted it to feel easy, free and like a ringing a bell.. some songs have that real solo spotlight, torch song intimacy to them, like the title track itself is a real solo belter, very red velvet curtain, very drama! And others I just let loose on.. that's my aim for every one that comes along. To have a choose your own adventure, a tasting plate if you will, of my approach to the genre I love and am playing in now - Americana, which takes in roots, rock, folk and zydeco even! In short; it's jumpin'!"

Ella will be joined by up and coming Melbourne based artist; Ruby Mae on all shows. A proud and powerful young Wiradjuri woman, Ruby has been tearing up the airwaves on Triple J and Triple M as well as gracing festival stages across the country. Gaining traction and fans everywhere she goes for her authentic, music-first approach, the wit and warmth of songs like 'Dickhead' and 'Keeper' are a perfect match for Ella's confessional, wry new material.
