**KINA (JPN)**
Kina:suttsu is a Japanese experimental artist whose practice combines music, performance, visual art, and film. Using saxophone, electronics, noise, and field recordings, she creates immersive performances that blur the boundaries between ancient ritual and contemporary experimental music. 

Since releasing her first album in 2005, she has performed and exhibited internationally. Her releases include music on labels in the UK and France, including a cassette as NAVU and a collaborative release with Phil MFU, ZONGAMIN,E-D (ex.Boredoms, see feel). She has also recorded with legendary bassist Jah Wobble and released a live recording with Damo Suzuki. 

In 2021, she appeared in and composed the soundtrack for British filmmaker Daisy Dickinson's short film *Kaki no Shizuku*, which was selected for the Los Angeles Film Awards. Recent activities include touring Georgia, Turkey, and the UK with E-Da, releasing her first solo recording, and continuing collaborations across Europe and Japan. 

Last year, a cassette tape was released on a French label under the name Kina:suttsu + E-Da. 

**MISSINGPERSON
**Embracing the haunted half-time reality, blurred abstractions and heavy layers ov chaotic gristle, missingperson is an artist that draws inspiration from all frequencies and Southern Tasmanian life itself.

Back by popular demand after a 10-year sabbatical, **The Drones** are reforming for a one-off tour of Australia in 2026.

Sauntering along the edges of chaos and precision, The Drones built a reputation off the back of their iconic live shows, delivering epic performances that are both confrontational and liberating at the same time. Led by **Gareth Liddard **(Tropical F Storm, Springtime, Spencer P Jones, The Nothing Butts, Bond Odyssey), one of the most uncompromising, distinctive songwriters of modern times, marked by his dense poetic lyricism and spitting vocal style. Lauded by peers, fans and critics alike for his blend of political commentary, dark humour, vivid storytelling and brutal musical conveyance.

The Drones—2nd Show

The musical project **JATT** came to fruition in 2012 by session musician Drummer Percussionist **Darren Evans**.

Weaving amongst a web of collaborative journeys, Evans has continued to write and produce his music featuring long-time collaborators including Ollie McGill (The Cat Empire), Rick Fenn of 10CC and Jeff Martin of The Tea Party band.

The upcoming series of acoustic shows highlights previous JATT releases and new songs from the recently released 2026 album ***Impossible Sun*** with Darren Evans on guitar and lead vocals, Gabor Josika on guitar and Tomas Veitch on cello.

Joining Jatt will be Sydney singer songwriter **Avalonroze**.

**Would you be embarrassed if your grannie danced to The Pits? Of course not, 'cos you would be pogo-ing along already. The five piece Nipaluna Hobart band is known for sharing the foot-tapping virus. It's not a sound of distance. It's as close as a cuddle. It's the bubble gum left in your garage.

**Funeral Jeans**
Fuck, this band only gives doomy cow-punk. Ever been best dressed and sad at a funeral? Perchance, Funeral Jeans might be the band for you rock and roll music freaks and geeks.
They're trying their best and it's going better than they expected! Funeral Jeans plays primarily music orientated sound with the performance including (but not limited to) live instruments of drum, bass and guitar.

2000s + 2010s Party - Hobart

**Sidney Phillips** has been making music since uploading vaporwave edits to Bandcamp as a kid in the suburbs north of Brisbane. With a style forged from underground hip-hop, she blends the sound of pluggnb, cloud rap, digicore, hyperpop, and trap with an Australian "lad rap" edge. 
Today, the Melbourne-based rapper announces her new album, ***C**T***, out now via* Tabloid Recordings*, alongside new single ***Packed Up*** – the song bears every mark of something recorded well after midnight.

To celebrate the new release, she'll be touring across Australia with a bunch of special guests to be announced soon!

Spread over two levels including a lush outdoor rooftop, Altar Bar is your go-to haunt for live music and $6.66 beers—available all day every day. Open Wednesday to Sunday, drop in to enjoy a round of pool, an afternoon knockoff, a late night rock out, and everything in between.

Level 1 of Altar Bar, including the bandroom is fully accessible with an accessible toilet. Accessible entry is via the chevron laneway on 112 Murray Street. Unfortunately at this time, Level 2 is only accessible by stairs.
